If I could give this no stars, I would have. This company (at least this branch) is so far from unprofessional. It took almost 2 weeks for someone to come out and do an inspection. The first person always had an excuse and when we would reschedule they never showed up and I never got a response or a call back when i would text or call them. Finally called and made a complaint, they sent someone else out but then I felt forced to buy. I did (I had to get it financed) paid the down payment and then realized that it wasn’t gonna be the plan bc Terminix said there was no guarantee after 6 months my pest problem would be resolved. So I called before the time frame was up to cancel my services and the transaction. This was at the end of July. Here we are, middle of August and I still haven’t received my money back and everytime I call, I get a different answer. Oh and to top it off, when I got my contact in the mail, they had the details of my house wrong and the wrong pictures. They also had someone else’s payment method on my account. This place is terrible. Do not recommend

I really wish I’d read the reviews of this location first before calling them for service. I have a large wasp nest in a tree at the edge of my driveway. Called Terminex and was scheduled for an appointment on a Monday, and got a call from the technician on Sunday stating he’d be here between 8:00am - 8:30am on Monday. He did show up around 9:00am. Used two cans of wasp spray to soak the nest down and stated he’d return later that day or the following morning to remove the nest. There’s been no sign of the tech, but Terminex has definitely charged me $212 for the service. I’ve called the number the tech called me from, the voicemail box was full, so I sent a text with no response. I will be disputing the charges and spraying the nest again myself to make sure all wasp have been neutralized before removing it myself. If you can avoid them don’t do business with this location, Roanoke, VA.

We were supposed to be SATURDAY ONLY.... they kept scheduling us for weekdays and we'd have to call and reschedule.... they showed up at our house one week while we were gone... did nothing.... and charged us for service they never gave then refused to refund our money.. Management said it's because we failed to cancel... we can't cancel what we don't know we have...and Ive put a request in 4 times to have a manager call me to no avail...Ive heard back from nobody...and the phone reps can do nothing but put in the request for a call back....NEVER USE THEM!!! It seems from these reviews this is something that happens alot....I expected more Terminix!!!!

This local office should be investigated ....as you can see in other reviews, their business practices are far from stellar. There was no mention of a termination fee, I was advised to call my tech for service when needed, he even handed me a card...wrong..you never get a call back. They even scheduled a return visit without calling me. Contracts are not reviewed and just asked to sign the IPAD. I will be calling the VA attorney general to file a formal complaint.

I had a massive mouse infestation last fall. Terminix came out and charged me $12k to get rid of them. The mice went away, but Terminix didn’t finish the job. They told me I needed to hire an electrician on top of the $12k to get my dehumidifier hooked up. We had to show pictures of our contract which said we had the electrical hookup included. I called and texted multiple times to get the electrician to come out and they assured me they would. Instead they ghosted me. I’m a very busy person. It’s not my job to repeatedly remind Terminix to hold up their end of the bargain. That’s what we paid them $12k to do, right? Fast forward to June. I now have mice again. There are mouse dropping in my silverware drawer and in the closet where I keep my shoes. I cleaned out the silverware drawer last night and found new droppings this morning. When I contacted Terminix, the manager in charge of our case was sarcastic, rude and implied it was my own fault for not contacting him more. This is after already contacting him multiple times. He also insulted my house, saying it wasn’t clean enough. Extremely rude. I have two kids under four and at the time was in school full time and working. Yeah. It’s not perfect. But the mice don’t bother our food. They eat the crickets under the house. Which have most likely moved back in. The manager did apologize and say I wasn’t at fault after I sent him screenshots of his own unkept promises, but I’m still upset.

1. Termite traps did not work - still had termites - had to replace wood. 2.Shady business practices - cancelled service on 4/30/24 and they still billed me for month of May, 2024 and refused to give me a refund. 3. When they came to remove their termite traps they left holes all over my yard.

I have recieved a service that I was def not happy with. The first service date they gave me, I was not available and it took me twice calling to get a date that I was available for the service. I recieved the second service several days ago with no knowledge of it. No notification what so ever. I called support line to stop the auto pay bc I didn't realize they were coming out. The gentleman said he took care of it with no worries. Today they debited my account and it overdrafted my account twice bc of another account that was pending and in my account. I will be calling tomorrow to cancel all services!
