Honestly this company doesn't even deserve one star! They are awful! I had them come out spray my yard cause we had a ton of spiders and then they guy came out and did a half ass job. Then I called and stated we was still having issues with spiders and they kept saying okay we will have someone call you to respray and they never called and then I called again to cancel and get a refund and they said they can't refund cause I didn't report it! Which I did and have phone call proof. Do not ever go through them! I'm still trying to get a refund and contact them but the managers never call back.

All your employees are sooo nice, professional, and understanding. You have great techs! And thanks for taking such good care of me With extra visits. I love that you use natural products. Great company.

Mike is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and had experienced solutions for our issues. He was also sensitive to our needs. Highly recommend requesting him as your guy when you call Terminix!

Poor service (continual rodent and insect problems with wasp nests left for over a year) when attempting to get cancelled they delayed till they deemed the next cycles bill valid and I will have to go to court if I wish to fight the bill. To the response they have given. I have reached out, multiple times, asked for a manager to call me back since non have been free, even requested the local office to reach out multiple times. NADA. again I would avoid terminix like the plague.

Update* They are so unorganized! 5 no call no shows from their inspection person that I was told I "HAD" to have in order to keep my services. The 800 number said the local office will reach out to figure out what is happening because their system shows I have to have the service but also at the same time it is not availablein my area. The local office never did call. They would give the spray person the wrong scheduled time so I wasn't home for services. Then went and charged me $167 for those "services" even though I wasn't home to get the inside of my house sprayed. So either they lied about spraying or they are saying the person broke into my locked house to spray. I got attitude from their cancelation dept. "I don't get why you want to cancel. It doesn't seem like a big deal." I had explain 3 times that the fact a no call no show, waiting 9-5 on 5 different days was unprofessional and that was why I am canceling. I was snapped at by the cancelation representative and talked down to. I was refused to be able to talk to a manager the 3 times I asked for one (on 2 different phone calls). I was refused to be transfered to the billing department so I could request a refund. They won't take my card off file. Going with this company will be nothing but a headache, so stressful, and full of charges you didn't expect. The spray people are the only nice thing about this company. They are so nice and do their job well when they are given the right time to come, it was the only reason I stuck it out for as long as I did. The spray people are really professional. But, the turn over rate is high because the company is so bad. 4 of the spray people have left because of the company. I do not recommend! I went to my bank to see if they could help me despute the charge. My bank said they have had a lot of complaints lately about them too. Because they will keep taking money even after people have canceled. So you have to get a new credit card issued and fill out despute claims. This company is awful and rude and unprofessional. And it feels more like a scam than a actual company. *I emailed them per their response. They emailed back telling me to email them at a different email cause the one they put on here was wrong. And they want different info than what they asked for on here.* *still haven't heard back from them* They emailed me to say they canceled my service. But still haven't refunded me for the 3 future months they took out of my account. So they won't be servicing my place and won't refund me the money the money they took for the next 3 months. I guess l have to go the bank way to try and get my money back. I'll keep updating this.

I am very satisfied with the job that Mr Patrick does he is very polite and gets every point every room he doesn't miss a spot he's here on time and gets things done quick👍💯

If I could give a negative review I would. Went to website 2 times to schedule service, did not come either time, call me or anything. Would definitely not recommend

My service technician, Thomas Martinez, is awesome! He is very thorough and always willing to listen to our problems and find solutions. Sometimes we need an extra service and he always come out, takes care of it always with a great attitude.

Carlos was the best technician I’ve had by far does quality work and cares about his job and what he does

had a rep come out to do an inspection and give an estimate. truly one of the most unprofessional experiences ive ever had. at one pont, I had to ask this guy to stop cursing. he kept talking about his favorite resturant that had closed and bizaar topics constantly. lied to me over and over and kept trying to sell me stuff i CLEARLY said i have no interest in. feel like i dodged a bullet on this one. cant believe a company is OK with this type of unprofessional rep. never again

Patrick did a really great job spraying inside and outside my home. He made sure to hit the window wells and is very detailed to make sure that every insect I have seen is covered. I gave Patrick a five star and appreciate his knowledge as to my insect issues Around my property. Thank you.

Terminix is working. We had termites when we found a water leak in our kitchen wall last year. We had terminix do a bait station system and Jordy just came out to inspect the stations today. There was evidence of activity so we know it's working. Jordy is an incredible guy who loves his job. He is so excited and knowledgeable about the bugs. I highly recommend him as he is so helpful. Just a great all around guy. We gave him a kitten a year ago and he was so excited to tell us Priscilla is doing well and is very happy.

The tech that we have service our office asks every time if we are having issues with anything. We normally don’t but this month, we were and he went above and beyond what I would expect and has no problem with me asking for other areas to be sprayed that isn’t in our normal request.
