I called the company and they put in a request for someone to come the following day — the exact same thing happened and nothing was done. I called back and asked to speak to the regional branch, which they aren’t allowed to give out the phone number to?? And the lady informed me that they can’t remove dead animals. That would have been nice to know from the beginning! I’ll definitely be cancelling my account and never using this service again.
