.......... The following Complaints are about Terminix company, Terminix IT department, Terminix third party software, and Terminix management. .......... .......... The following Complaints are NOT about the Technicians who work for Terminix. It is NOT the fault of Technicians that Terminix has terrible customer service. .......... .......... I paid up front for 1 year of Terminix PestFree365+ in July. Then I was billed in August and July. .......... .......... Upon reviewing the Terminix agreement, I noticed that Terminix does NOT guarantee they will ever treat your exterior or interior after the initial visit. .......... .......... PestFree365+ Service Agreement includes the following two statements in quotes. .......... .......... "Initial Service plus future pest treatment(s) as necessary, Determined by Company in Its Sole Discretion." .......... .......... "Company may apply pesticides to the exterior perimeter or the interior of the structure(s) located on the premises as necessary, Determined Soley By The Company." .......... .......... Nowhere in the Agreement does it state that Terminix guarantees or is required to provide monthly treatment or quarterly treatment – using controlled insecticides or pesticides. .......... .......... In my opinion, Terminix is ripping off customers, by charging $57 each month for PestFree365, while Not providing any interior or exterior treatment each month. And also Not emailing an Invoice for each $57 credit card charge. .......... .......... This morning I logged into my Terminix account. Terminix website is extremely confusing. Property, account number, and service type should all be listed together. But they are Not. .......... .......... I waited 15 to 20 minutes from Terminix customer service person to answer my chat inquiry. I asked why the monthly charges for PestFree365. .......... .......... Customer service person stated (typed) that the Agreement indicated “monthly charges” and “quarterly treatment”. I informed the Terminix customer service person that the PestFree365 Agreement does NOT include the word “quarterly”. .......... .......... Now let us talk about scheduling. Terminix provides only 24 hour notice for their annual termite inspection. Customers are Not permitted to schedule the appointment. I have tried and failed. .......... .......... No matter how many phone calls or emails the customer makes, Terminix still gives you only 24 hours notice. Automated scheduling system does NOT care whether customers will be available for termite or pest/insect inspections and treatments. .......... .......... The above Complaints are about Terminix company, Terminix IT department, Terminix third party software, and Terminix management. .......... .......... The above Complaints are NOT about the Technicians who work for Terminix. .......... ..........

We had our inspection today and everything was great. Isidro was wonderful and did an outstanding job. We are so happy we have Terminix protection.

Omar Is so effective and does a great job keeping bugs, mosquitoes and Ticks out of my yard and my house. I appreciate Terminix so much also Termites are gone. Great company and delivery everything they talk about. Thank you Terminix. Mary F. Shepherd

Technician showed up on time, but did not have any mouse/rat bait boxes because they were out of stock. Supposed to return this week, but haven't heard from Terminix yet. Still watching mice running through the house. Terminix usually MUCH better at this so hope it's only a one time glitch.

Terrible service, been trying to get them back for the three trips they promised before moving in. They give you a two hour window and yet do not show up or give you reason why, no updates, no response. I currently do not live at the house so both time I had to take time out of my work day to wait on them but they do not show up. This happened to me twice already.

Better service and price than orkin

The technician treated for carpenter ants. We found signs in the house in a window sill. He treated around the huge cottonwood in the front yard which had those ants around the base. He treated around the house and yard. Hopefully that will work but after cleaning in the window sill, I found that more signs were there in 2 days. He said don’t water for 5 days so I didn’t. He was very thorough so we will see if the ants are gone soon.

Very timely and thorough. I would recommend them highly. And my rep is the best!

I want to do a simple review for Terminix, not purchase a damn company. Since Google will seemingly not let me do that without reading and agreeing to a two page policy, I will simply forget doing the review.

Friendly, professional, and efficient Terminex service technician.

Prior to securing the services of Terminix we had an ant infestation in several areas of our home. Control within the home was never sufficient. Following the treatment by Terminix we no longer have ants in the bathroom, living areas or kitchen. We appear to be "ant free." The Terminix representatives have arrived on time, announced their presence so that we could secure our dog inside and then successfully applied ant control measures. We are pleased.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from Terminix on July 27. I had scheduled an appointment for that day, with a window between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. I made arrangements to be at home during this time to ensure that I did not miss the appointment. Unfortunately, nobody from Terminix showed up within the specified time frame. At 11:00 AM, I called your company to inquire about the status of my appointment. The representative I spoke with was unable to provide any information about when, or if, someone would be able to come to my home that day. At 11:15 AM, I received a call from Joe Dula. During our conversation, he exhibited a poor attitude and was extremely unprofessional. When I asked him why he did not show up during the scheduled time, he hung up But strangely called me back less than a minute later I asked him if that Was a hangup call he did not respond then responded with further attitude and questioned whether I still wanted him to come and inspect my house. His tone and demeanor were entirely inappropriate, and he was unapologetic for the inconvenience caused. The only thing he said was the company made him try and do four stops within an hour. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and courtesy shown by your staff. The experience has left me with a very negative impression of Terminix, and I do not intend to use your services in the future. I also feel compelled to share this experience with others, as it reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer service. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address the issues within your team to prevent such occurrences in the future.
