And so we didn’t call and he once again did not show up for the appt HE scheduled. They also charged us again after our first 3 months were done and they wouldn’t give us a refund even though nobody had even come to spray at all for those next 3 months they charged us for, so we had no choice but to continue to use them and the technician still never showed up when he was scheduled we still always had to call terminex. Horrible experience.

Bad service and definitely do not recommend giving them any of your money. Saw no difference in any of our insects with or without their services. Salesman will say all the right things to get you to sign up but leaves you high and dry. At least the service guy was nice and honest. He said “yeah you will always have these bugs there is no way around it.” Basically saying their treatment is not for prevention but dealing with it once you have them. I can get rid of the insects myself with way cheaper stuff from the store. Spend about 1/100th of the price they charge. If you value your money do not use Terminix.
