When we first notified them, they came out immediately and took our money and worked on openings that rats may come through on the roof. They also set traps in our attics but to no avail. We are STILL having issues and recently have requested them to come back (which when they were here said they would be back in a week). Two no shows without reaching out to us. We’ve called the office numerous times and was told a supervisor would be calling us. No phone calls. We finally heard from the supervisor of the rodent department and Terminix came out twice but didn’t fix the problem. Since then, we continue to have rats in our attics. We have called the supervisor (who gave us his number to call with any issues) but he has NOT responded to any calls the past 6 weeks. My husband has been taking care of the rats which have been trapped. We paid in full for Terminix’s service specifically with this issue. Obviously, they haven’t adequately sealed up all points of entry for these rodents. They haven’t been out to set new traps and take care of the ones caught. We are EXTREMELY dissatisfied with their service and lack of communication.

I asked her if she could see proof that the service was completed and she wouldn’t answer the question and then hung up on me! I have NEVER experienced such horrible customer service in my life. UPDATE: They responded to this review asking me to send them an email and I got an error message that their email system isn't working!!!!
