Absolutely the worst communication skills. One you make your payment and schedule with them all communications basically stop and you are at their mercy as to when they will show up. You have no idea when they will show up. I tried calling and texting. CRICKETS. I called them and never get anyone in the local office. You get the call center and they say they don't schedule any specific time that they schedule in four hour windows so you might have to wait up to four hours for someone to show up. When I called the second time the lady said that it could be a minimum of two hours and up to four. Don't waste your time on them because they waste your time.

Great service, arrived on time and completed in a timely manner. Glad we got our inspection when we did. Eliana is sweet & very knowledgeable. We avoided a potential disaster . A crew came the follow at to disinfect and spray the insulation in the attic. Peace of mind!

I would wholeheartedly tell you to run! Don’t do business with them. They lie lie lie and will make it extremely difficult to cancel! I didn’t break my contract and waited as they said and I still got charged for renewal! This review is not based on the local branch or the exterminator. If you hire them you’ll never see the sales rep again and all your calls, interactions are with their national call center. They do have the local manager call you if you have a complaint but there’s a lot of apologies and attempts to make things right but no actual solutions. My last conversation with one of their reps was that I would get credited for their mistake on charging me for a renewal since I canceled on time.

I always have great technicians and customer service with Terminex. They always answer my questions and the monthly payments is convenient for us. We love that they offer that option. Thanks Terminex!

Your Terminix Pest technician arrived as scheduled and sprayed as needed. When finished he also gave me some tips on how to help blow the webs away with my air blower!

They do perform amazing work. Super friendly.

Service Technician was on time and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and gave a complete report of what he found and actions taken. Excellent!

We were having a problem with roaches, Terminix came out a few times with no results whatsoever; Saturday 6/30 was the last time they “treated” our house; we were asked to empty all the kitchen cabinets and were told we would need to leave the house for a few hours afterwards, we thought they were going to fog or something; they didn’t, the technician showed up and sprayed what I’m assuming was the same thing she had sprayed before, she was in and out of the house in less than 5 minutes; before she left she said that their inspector would be there in about an hour, we again, assumed that she was coming to check on the issue we were having. The inspector showed up and asked about the attic, my husband showed her the entrance to it thinking that she was looking for the root of the problem, not at all! She finished her “inspection” in about 2 minutes and came all flustered saying that we had a rat infestation in the attic, the insulation was destroyed because of their nesting, that we were getting sick from breathing in all the contaminated air and that we had less than 2 weeks to remediate it before it was too late; she kept on talking about how bad our rat infestation was, and how lucky we were that they had an opening on July 9th to come and treat, replace the insulation and basically save our rear ends, all for a bit over 7k! But no worries, she offered us low payments for only 60 months! She was sooo pushy, called her manager when she saw we were not buying it and had him give us a 1,000 discount because they were “trying to help us”;she said that we needed to sign the contract to secure the spot on July 9th but that we had 3 days to cancel. My husband signed it just basically to get her out of the house. I contacted Fidelity, David came to the house on Tuesday 7/2; he treated for the roach problem (they are gone, by the way) and we asked him to go in the attic and do a through inspection; he didn’t find any rats, traces of rats or any damage to the insulation, he actually found the bait boxes that the previous owner had placed up there. So disappointing that a company would try to do this and we are wondering how many times they have done this before; of course we canceled the contract my husband signed along with the service contract we had for routine services.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I paid 600$ 3 months ago for a years worth of termite and pest control. The have not done anything but came out and take pictures. They refuse to actually do anything or give the money back. Someone reached out from the company. I was told I" was told wrong" about receiving pest control ( I was lied to). I told them that my home was never treat for termites or pest. They know they just took my money and did nothing. They are very ok with it Edit: I did eventually receive a refund.

The technician demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise in addressing my pest problem. His genuine concern and care for the situation were evident throughout the process. I had a termite situation that I discovered 1 month after moving into my remodeled home. After much thought, I decided to take a chance and go with Terminix. Taylor was the inspector who came to my home- she was super helpful, nice, and she communicated with me about everything. She answered all of my questions and I learned a lot about termites in a short amount of time. She was great! The technician who came out to treat my home was EJ- he was also very helpful, knowledgeable, and open to questions/explaining the treatment procedure he was doing. After everything, EJ told me to contact Terminix if any issues occur with the treatment or if someone needed to come back out again. Would recommend 10/10.

When I called Terminix this week I was put on hold and was hung up on twice.The third time I was put on hold for 30 minutes so I gave up. The local inspector Alura is very nice but Terminix doesn't care about customers. They just want your money.. The service is very expensive. I will go with a local pest company

Won’t return any calls since initial treatment. Don’t do any monthly treatments with them they will not show up. I stayed home all day and they never came. But they will be the first to charge your account.

They are a good company to deal with and have met my various needs in all pest control matters!

Since I had my services set up with them, there has been 3 different times where I had appointments set and no one showed up. I literally set a home all day and one came or called. Poor customer service.

Excellent service

They lied to us saying we had roof rats and termites and that it would cost 5 thousand dollars to fix. Charged us 200 plus dollars on the first day for an inspection including insulation which no service was provided the day of inspection. So we called Bill Clark the next day and find out we DO NOT have roof rats OR termites. They really are out here SCAMMING people! This is sickening that we fell for this. I’m so thankful that I told my co-worker about my experience and she also had the exact same experience and referred me to Bill Clark. Might I add for a fraction of the price no where near 5k!
