Terminix has been treating our home for years now. Always on time, able to answer questions, great follow up and courteous.

Excellent service on all pest and rodent issues!

My technican Jared was very puntual, professional and diligent. I'm happy to do business with Terminex, my home is safety and insect free.

My experience with team members and management team at this branch of Terminix left me both extremely disappointed and confused. I say disappointed in the sense that I scheduled 4 separate APPOINTMENTS for a Terminix inspector to do a termite inspection. ALL 4 APPOINTMENTS RESULTED IN NO CALL , NO SHOWS. Thursday, I scheduled an appointment for Friday morning. NO EMPLOYEE SHOWED UP. Monday Morning. I called and management apologized stating the team member “got his wires crossed” and forgot to show up. MANAGER STATED HE WOULD PERSONALLY come out later that day. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. End of the day Monday. ANOTHER MANAGER spoke to me stating he was very disappointed in his team and would personally come late night Monday for the inspection. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. Talked to corporate office after he stated it would be the next morning and they repeatedly apologized and said the manager stoped answering his phone even with them. Tuesday morning, HE AGAIN DIDN’T SHOW UP. I’M CONFUSED HOW THESE ADULTS CAN POSSIBLY BE IN CHARGE OF A BUSINESS. This is an absolute UNORGANIZED disaster of a compAny.

Tina was very knowledgeable, Tina was friendly, attentive to detail, knowledgeable and very helpful and punctual. Someone made a terrific hire ! I am pleased with Terminix and will continue to use their services because of Tina .

Avoid doing business with Terminex at all cost!! Here are the spark notes to the story if you don’t want to read. Atrociously unprofessional management, unethical business practices & 0 care for causing any kind of inconvenience to you. I started a service with them, and decided to opt in for the termite plan. I made the mistake of not carefully reading the terms and thought it was just a $109 charge… my mistake.. it was $109 a month. After realizing that 2 months in I thought well, that’s my fault, so I bit the bullet.. then my situation changed and finances got tight. I reached out to the tech that sold me the plan, he said no problem, I understand, I’ll take care of it. A month went by, nothing… after several exchanges, 4 months went by with nothing happening and I continued getting charged. The tech said the GM would call me and that I would be refunded for those months… then I didn’t get a call.. reached out to the GM.. no answer. Left a message. Multiple times. That continued for a couple more months.. finally got a call back from the GM, he said he’d refund me. Then I didn’t get a refund and that GM got fired. I was never told until a tech showed up while I wasn’t home trying to do an inspection. Then the new GM said he’d take care of everything. And the same thing happened. I’d call, he wouldn’t answer. So on and so forth. During all of this I would call the customer service and it was also useless. They told me they would “escalate” the situation. Nothing ever changed. At one point I called and they said the branch entered into the system that they had resolved the issue… when they had done nothing. It took a year for me to get my refund. And when all was almost over I found out the branch that sold me the service ALREADY HAD TERMITE SERVICE ACTIVE UNDER THE HOME OWNER for this house! So they were double dipping on the same property! But I was told “I have found the other agreement under owners. Unfortunately at this time nothing can be done other than the existing refund for $545”. Absolute joke of a company, joke of customer service. Avoid them at all cost.

My inspector did a great job examining under the house and crawl space, in the garage and all over the outside of our home. A comprehensive report was generated, including photos, of the inspection.

My technician, Jarod is the best!!! He is thorough, professional, and patient.

Ellis our technician is great! Very personable, helpful and goes above & beyond when he can. Service is effective and keeps critters from infesting.

Save you money. They are absolutely awful with follow through and application. But don't worry, they'll continue to charge you after you end your contract. You would be better off to use someone local instead.

Quality, & Professionalism, by tech, thumbs up! Although things need to improve in the scheduling/communications department! May appt. and I quote, "that's messed up". Customer service to tech. that communication didn't happen. Aug. Appt. Customer service to scheduling, both dropped the ball so-to-speak.

My tech Ellis woodcock is thorough and helps with any questions I have and does a good job he asks me for my input to help him do a better job and I'm happy with his service thanks Rick Brown.....

Ellis is always professional and makes sure everything is taken care of. Goes out of his way if there is a specific problem to get it taken care of.

I’ve had the pleasure of having Ellis serve as my pest control specialist from Terminex for the last two years. He’s friendly, on time, and he remembers me and my family as people, not just customers. It’s actually refreshing to see someone care enough to do that. He helped get a severe rodent problem under control rather quickly when we initiated service. You can only hope to get someone like Ellis when you have a new specialist!

Ellis Woodcock is the only one that I want to handle my 3 service. He is honest, dependable and cares about his customer. I am blessed to have him!!!
