I called Monday and they gave me an appointment for Tuesday between 10 and 12. Nobody showed up. I called 3 times and was assured someone was coming out and I would get a 30 minute notification before they arrived. By 5pm, no one had showed and I had been waiting all day. This morning I called and was hung up on the first time. Then I called back was told my appointment was cancelled (not be me though) even though I was assured someone was coming multiple times. Since they don’t seem to care to take any accountability, I’m going with another company. I've tried everything for them to do there job with the different policies I have had with them, and trust me when I say there a waste of time. I'm even still trying to get $680 back after I had canceled a brown recluse treatment. Btw if they say its a six month warranty, they actually mean 1 month, but wont show up if you complain that, in my case, carpenter bees and BROWN RECLUSES have shown back up in that time frame. Theyll also call you back if you cancel a huge order ($3,000 brown recluse treatment for attic) and ask why are you canceling after they didnt show up, even though you called 3 times to confirm that appointment, AND THEY WERE COMING TO DO JUST THE CARPENTER BEES! I called to confirm both attic and bees would be treated, weeks in advance and still they failed to do there jobs correctly. Now Im still waiting for my money to return after they didnt show up for 2 months to do the treatment I had paid for. I doubt that even if I had termite damage that it would actually get worked on by them (they say they insure you for $250,000 in damage due to termites). I WOULD NEVER GO TO THEM! THIS IS A LEGIT WARNING OF THE WORST COMPANY IVE DEALT WITH.
