WORST SERVICE EVER! they came out, did not complete the service I paid for. I've called/chats and talked with many reps it never goes anywhere. I'm told somebody will come out...never show. Im told I'll get a call back ...never contacted. It has been over a month of their bs and run around. They certainly charged my card though.

Good reliable company that truly takes care of the problem of mice, spiders, and out door care.

The technicians who came to inspect and work were very respectful and professional. I am pleased with their knowledge and work.

A great technician that didn't blow me off listen and provide information

The only reason I gave an 8 is we were told that if anything is caught in the trap to call the office and they will send a technician out to remove the dead creatures. That isn't what is taking place and the office gave us a week away for removal.

9/12/2024 update: It's time to sue Terminix. Not only have they double charged me at the very beginning of my contract (June 2024) and I had to go through my bank to have the issue rectified, but today I was told by their employee Won, that if I wasn't willing to purchase the new mosquito contract that they offer then he won't be able to come out to do an inspection, which is covered under my current contract. So basically if I'm not willing to purchase another contract and give Terminix more money, then they won't honor my current contract. I will be procuring legal representation today for breach of contract terms. This company is expensive and they have the nerve to not honor contracts. Terminix is an expensive, yet poorly operated company. My initial visit was perfect with lots of promises of what my new contract will provide. After the initial inspection it has been nothing but problems with this company. I was double charged in the 1st month. I had to go through my bank to try to rectify the issue because Terminix didn't know why I was double charged nor did they reverse the unauthorized charge. The customer service representatives are rude and unprofessional. A couple of the representatives had chirping smoke detectors in their background; very ghetto. The concierge that was assigned to my contract doesn't respond to calls nor does he follow up with your concerns as he stated he would during the initial inspection. They schedule quarterly appointments without any notice. Almost $2000 for a one year contract and this company doesn't deliver. The only pro that I have is that the service technicians that have come to my home so far have been great. They come in treat my home and go. I do plan to terminate this contract at the end of its term.

The service provided has been quick and thorough. We had issues with mice in our garage, and within 48 hours, someone was out to set up various traps and bait. The explanations of how to control the issue were detailed and the technician was friendly and professional.

Editing my original review to a 1 - don't use Terminex. They took $1000 for a field mouse extermination contract with the commitment to "come out to the house as many times as necessary until the problem is solved." Not only do they not live up to this promise but I've been now blown off 3 x's - each with no communication - no way to reach the local office - no apology and most importantly, no eradication of the problem. So now my only recourse is to initiate a chargeback with my credit card company due to breach of contract. Go somewhere else - these guys don't get it.

Wayne Morgan is Exceptional!

Miguel is very nice and knowledgeable. He answers all my questions. He calls me the night before to let me know he is coming, and when he is on his way, I get a text with his travel progress. This is very important to me because I have 2 dogs, one of which bolts out of the house if she isn't restrained.

Love my technician. Smart, fast, efficient and polite. What more could you ask for?

Judy my tech is the beat. She communicates when coming while here and after the work is done. She services my house and we have no issues. Very expensive for service.
