Communication is great and service is effective.

My wife and I are becoming increasingly frustrated with Terminix's automatic billing system. Last year we accepted Terminix's offer to pay for two years of service at a guaranteed rate. This year we received several letters saying that if we didn't pay for this year's service that we would lose our coverage. When we called and reminded them of the offer we accepted we were told that we would only have to pay the increase for this year. We again told them about the guaranteed rate and they finally relented. In Aug we again received another bill for one year's service. We called again and were told that we are covered for the next 12 months and that "hundreds" of customers had the same problem. On Monday of this week week received another Terminix bill for the next 12 months, but this bill was only for the annual increase. We called Terminix again and were told that that issue had been resolved in May, 2024. This is the middle of Sep, and we are still being incorrectly billed 3 1/2 months after the mistake was "resolved". We have no problem with the Terminix service and have no problem with their customer service personnel. But their automatic billing process needs to be fixed.

I'm coming up on one year with Terminix. We plan to renew because my wife has not seen a bug, a mouse, or a carpenter ant in months. Peace in the house! In addition to the effectiveness of the service, all staff is very knowledgeable.

Terminex came and scheduled me as quickly and possible and the service technician was was so helpful and knowledgeable

The Terminix Lancaster branch is the worst of the worst. The technician Tristian failed to show up on multiple times and I missed three days of work and never once received a follow up call. I would not recommend Terminix Lancaster Branch to my worst enemy. If I could give this place negative stars I would. The manager at this branch should be Terminated for allowing this type of behavior to continue. I will never do business with Terminix again.

Funny the owner of this can respond but can’t call us despite our 15 calls now. I reached out to enough people. Yall make it right. Any crappy reviews of this company that you see are 100% accurate. I swear the other people are bots. I originally messaged with Terminix to arrange flea treatment in my home. I was given a price and told what treatment I need and said let me think. I looked online, where I found a cheaper rate and was told they would match this. Awesome. The next day I message to sign up. I’m told about extra charges, fine , but given different pricing. Once again they’ll match online. All is good. We scheduled online. Today was our treatment which was estimated from 7-9 when I scheduled it. The tech shows up shortly after 9 which is fine. He was in our house for 7 minutes total and had NO idea why he was there per HIM. He sprays an aerosol can around the house then leaves. I called to express my disappointment and once again received a customer service line. You will NEVER be able to get in direct contact with the branch unless they contact YOU on THEIR accord. I have called at least 10 times in attempt to have someone come back today and fix the techs errors. They informed me they cannot schedule same day service- which is ridiculous if YOUR company messed up the job they were to do. I’ve been trying since 930 to speak with someone. It is 3pm. No contact for a same day fix. Mind you we have to have all the animals and kids leave for hours, mop and vacuum all over again, move all our belongings off of the floors which I’m not trying to redo for THEIR error. This company’s poor communication and service is pathetic. I will happily come back and fix my review if they modify the situation. This whole experience has been nothing but stress and sheer disappointment and anger.

TRISTON HORST is the example of a very bad customer service. I am giving a 3 because 1 of the techs that I have had was wonderful. He called at least 24hours in advance and said what time he was coming. But when I called because I was seeing a large amount of ants in my house they changed my techs which was a horrible thing to do. they never showed up, they would text 50mins before saying they were coming. The 1st time though never texted or anything but they said they spent 3 hours at my house and the guy said oh nobody was home which there was someone home all day. Then I called I told them he put a work order in for being there for 3 hours and never showed up. The 2nd time he texted 55 mins before he was coming well that is great notice right people do work where was the 24 hour notice. The 3rd time he did the same which he said I made the appointment which I never called because I got tired of wasting my time. That was on Friday August 2nd 2024 I told them never send this guy again because he is unreliable and is basically stealing company money by putting work orders in but not actually doing the job. I asked for my original tech. Which he came today 8/6/24 and he called yesterday and gave a 24hour notice. He is a great tech. The other one on the other hand he needs to learn how to do his job he is being paid to do. Again by the way the tech I'm talking about his name is TRISTON HORST

My experience with Terminix exterminator services can only be described as deeply disappointing and frustrating. I engaged their services based on their reputation, but unfortunately, the reality fell far short of my expectations. Firstly, scheduling with Terminix was a nightmare. They repeatedly failed to show up for appointments without any prior notice or explanation. This lack of reliability was incredibly inconvenient and disruptive to my schedule. On the one occasion they did manage to send someone, the service was subpar at best. There were instances where they claimed to have completed treatments when in fact no one had shown up. This dishonesty and lack of integrity are completely unacceptable in any service industry. Furthermore, their customer service was abysmal. When I attempted to address these issues with them, I encountered dismissiveness and a lack of accountability. It was clear that they did not value my time or concerns as a paying customer. To add insult to injury, their services did not live up to their guarantee. The pest problem persisted despite their assurances, and I felt like I had been taken advantage of financially. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering Terminix exterminator services to steer clear. Their poor communication, unreliability, and dishonest practices make them a company to avoid at all costs. I regret my decision to trust them and will be seeking services elsewhere for future pest control needs. Don't be fooled by the below fake response to my review. The email link does not work!

Technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. Keeps my house and property insect free. Tick treatments are especially helpful. My dogs have been tick free and happy

The manager suppose to call me on numerous occasions, I was told by customer service that they would call. Never happened, then was told a date and time to have my service completed, the technician arrived hours late with no call letting me know they would be late.

Terrible service, never show up on time. You will pay these people for services to never be done on time or properly

Zach from Terminix was friendly and knowledgeable. Took less than five minutes to put me at ease even though he stood to gain nothing or make any sales. Will definitely call him if I ever do have a problem!

Did a fair job of installing bait traps. Only did what was expected, nothing more, which was fine. I'm satisfied...

Jim Myers is the best. Wish all services had this caliber of employee

If I could give zero stars I would. We called terminix and they scheduled a date to come out, a couple days later, "cause they were too busy". Then when the day came... they never made themselves known when they came - they literally just came and left thier card. Someone was home to let them do the consolation but they never even made an attempt to be here. There was no communication. So we thought we would reach out one more time, we called and reschedule and got a weekend date. We waited for the timeframe they gave us. They then never came. No communication what so ever. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION! CANT EVEN GET A LIVE REPRESENTATIVE! THIS COMPANY IS JOKE! we will not be using this company ever again. Find another company!

Prompt service. Technician texted name and upcoming arrival so we could be prepared and know who was coming. Very pleasant, helpful, and respectful of home.

Have had a mixed experience with Terminix. But the service guys that have come out never want to do anything except maybe one guy. Called about a nest in our roof and all they did was set up a service call. Not come out. And then mark it complete. Really can't recommend Terminix to anyone.

the service techs are very pleasant and they do their work very efficiently. They call you when they are on their way and they inform you of all they have done while at your home.

as I reported earlier.....We did not see the tech guy.... there is a stake lying on it's side at the SE corner of our house for the last few months. I question whether anyone was here.

Broc is great! I was home during the last vist and got to talk to him about concerns. He provided great info and went above and beyond to treat our house.

Job well done.
