Terminix has been great to work with. Always timely appts and knowledgeable techs.

We're experiencing a mouse problem in our home and Jason and Barry have been very helpful, responsive, and professional. The only reason that I didn't put 5 starts is because we're waiting on results and for the work to be finished. We hope that the issue is resolved soon with their help!

Tim was extremely helpful, showed up on time, and walked us through the entire process. Would highly recommend for any pest control issue.

I’m literally in tears as I write this because I am just so fed up with this issue. I have a four year old, I’ve got two cats that I am doing all I can to treat. Ok so I had pest work for the fleas that are in my home done two weeks ago. The problem is still out of control. When first booking with Terminix, I had gotten two different calls from two different guys with two different quotes. This was very confusing so I told them I would look elsewhere after being quoted higher by the second guy. Ultimately, they called and left a voice message stating that they apologized for the confusion and we went with the lower quote. I was happy and I thought that they really did the right thing. They showed up at a timely matter, very professional, and their employee, Karl, was very informative. However, he did inform me that the plan that I was going to agree to via on the phone, would happen to be by a monthly basis. which I did not know. I was under the assumption that it was going to be pay quarterly, as they came for services. He told me that he would be glad to cancel the service after that one day treatment, so I paid for the one time service, of almost $300. Fast-forward to a week later and they are everywhere again, coming from my attic, which is not a pulldown attic but steps with a huge gap between them and my third floor where all of my bedrooms are. It has been two weeks and tons more, very healthy, very active, and very hungry fleas are flooding my house. I called this morning to see if there was absolutely anything that could be done, and was given probably one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever received in customer service. I have never written a view on here before, there’s a first for everything though. I’m at my wits end and I really thought that with their “reputation” Terminix would make it right, but I was wrong. I paid for a home inspection and the inspector did it from his office with out coming to my house because he said he did not need to. They promised to send another inspector and have a manager call me. They never did. They will not return my calls. I guess this is what the kids say is being 'GHOSTED". I had already purchased the above plan. He informed my what was needed and said no one is planed to do the treatment that day. 20 minutes later I got a call from the service man that he was there to do the treatment. I called home and was told the inspector was never there. I called the inspector and asked how did he inspect my house as per the plan I purchased, see above **** inspection ****,. The inspector said he did not need to go to my house to do the inspection. So the service and said there was mice droppings in the garage, But I told him that was not mice droppings, it is mice repellant granules. It is not hard to tell the difference. So I told him I did not have any mice in the house, and he said ok. later I spoke to the inspector I paid for that did not need to come to my house to inspect it. He told me that the service man told him that I needed an entire home barrier that mice can not get trough. It is a big company and I spoke to 5 different people and I was told by 3 people that a manager would return my call and one said they will have a different inspector inspect my house. NO ONE ever returned my call. If I don't here from anyone I will post this on Google to warn others. I am disillusioned by service companies that seem like a good deal but I was very disappointed when all they did was send a guy to spray bug spray and left. I even agreed to pay $150.00 for outdoor bait boxes for mice. From the inspector. $63.00 a month for the regular plan that does not cover as much as the plus plan. But $756.00 a year on top of the $200.00 for initial treatment and the inspection I never got is a lot of money, $956.00. I will say that the bees on my front porch are gone, But as I said they wont return my calls and the 2nd inspection probably wont happen. Now I need to pay someone to do an inspection where they actually come to my house. I do not believe an inspection does not require some one to come to a house to inspect it. I paid for an inspection and the inspector said he did not need to come to my house because i said I had bees. I did say that and outside mice, spiders and who knows what else because carpenter bees were eating holes in my mail box. Bottom line AGAIN I paid for the contract shown above and NO ONE came toi my house. The inspector said he did not need to come to my house. The second inspection I was promised because I paid for the inspection? Well i never heard back from any one. Like a politician I'm sure they will PUT A REAL GOOD "SPIN" on this. The worst part is that a guy was going door to door offering similar service and I declined,. He told me this would happen with Terminix Google Terminix complaints. I think complaints are just complainers until it happened to me.

Tim was exceptional Everything was explained well. What to expect, what will be done. He was thorough, polite and friendly.

Thought I possibly had termites and I definitely do Tim Nyman explained everything I'm glad I had it checked so now everything can get fixed and there is a 6-year warranty which is awesome. Now I will have peace of mind after everything is fixed. I wish I would have had it checked sooner.

Edit: I’m changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I do not recommend this company. The crew that came to my house to complete the work was fantastic, no complaints at all. However they found asbestos in the attic and they couldn’t complete part of the contracted work. I called three companies for quotes to remove the asbestos and the costs were way above my budget. I emailed the rep Tim Nyman on 7/23 and requested an amendment to the contract to remove this work. No reply. I emailed again on 7/25 and 7/30. On 7/30 I finally received a response that he would look into it and get back to me. I followed up again on 8/13 and 8/21. I’ve still not received a response to my request for an amended contract. For this reason, I DO NOT recommend this company. I called on a Tuesday morning when I noticed evidence of carpenter ants and by the afternoon Tim Nyman was at my house doing an inspection. I bought this 150 year old house 5 months ago and in addition to the carpenter ants, I know that I have mice (lots of droppings and my indoor cat has caught a handful of them), post beetles (noted on my presale home inspection), and squirrels (as evidenced by all the walnuts in the attic) The work is scheduled for Thursday. So happy to have it all taken care of quickly so I can move on with other projects. Highly recommend.

Terminex treats our properties well and with respect. Very personalized and helpful with great knowledge and with a step above mentality. Steve, the manager was helpful when they had some staffing issues. Will use again.

The salesman Gerald was very helpful in explaining the service. Josh the technician was incredibly intelligent and informative about what was needed to treat the bed bugs and what the next steps would be. Both workers went above and beyond in customer service satisfaction

Tim was very knowledgeable and helpful with the setup and booking. Outside issues was the call centers having to reschedule 3 tes which almost made me book elsewhere because it was over a month and was not happy .But Tim came in and fixed everything up and help make this experience 1000 times better. Will def recommend Tim for others to reach out too.

Inspections and pest control for my home are quickly taken care of and he even goes the extra mile to answer questions or do preventive stuff incase of future problems. I always feel that communication is always there before during and after the appointments. Listening and even being careful with my pets so that he doesn't get any of them sick with the spray is a great and respectful key note I must add.
