Service technician is friendly and knowledgeable. He explains everything in clear detail. We are finally getting rid of the bugs.

Jessie Hunt serviced my home today and did an amazing job. Explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it and left me feeling confident my issues were being handled in a professional manner. Glad I signed up for the service.

Sold me on a problem I did not have. Unfortunately, I am unable to tell this as I am not an exterminator. I trusted what the professional exterminator was telling me. When the men went up in the attic to start the work nothing the salesman told me was true. There were no tunnels of mice activity not signs of activity whatsoever. I did not have a mouse problem. Terminex falsely and fraudulently misrepresented themselves to get the sale. Nothing they said was going to happen happened. They did not suck out the existing insulation, they did not clean a sweep out every nook and cranny, they did not make the attic look like a brand new attic like they said they would. They did not lay down plastic to protect surfaces. They broke the light in the closet and broke the entrance to the attic in the closet. Now there is a gapping hole. I have called and spoke with managers who just defend their salesman saying "he shouldn't have told you that". He shouldn't have but he did, again falsely misrepresenting himself and Terminex. This was not an inexpensive ordeal. Buyer beware! they will lie to you to get the sale made. I have tried calling a manager on their team and asked for a treturn call but as of yet they have not called me back. I was able to reach a branch manager, Chad Nigh who is trying to fix the repair work needed. originally told me it would be next week. I cannot put the closet back together until the repair work is done. How much more inconvenience does someone have to endure? Ridiculous. Never use this company! the follow through is terrible, the lies even worse.

They’ve been over charging us by a hundred dollars since March. When I called to cancel in March, because they can’t return a call to save their lives’ even when it’s a customer trying to schedule the last bits of a service, they LIES TO ME and continued STEALING my money. At this point, they owe us $300.

Terrible customer service. Phones go unanswered. Text as offered on their site goes unanswered for hours. Try to make a payment? Can’t because it doesn’t show on the account and of course you can’t get anyone to answer the damn phone. Joke of a business. UPDATE: I did receive a call from management letting me know who to contact locally. But that still doesn’t change the fact that the website functions, like chat and calling the 800 number get you nowhere. Even if you do get someone on the phone they are likely to send the wrong tech for the problem or actually not schedule a service and so you take off work and wait on someone only to learn they aren’t going to show. And if you have termite bait stations, get ready for them to charge you $65 a month just for that service - and they only come out once a year. So what exactly am I paying $65 a month for? Your guess is as good as mine. And as I read through many of the other poor reviews, my experience with them not showing up, saying one thing and doing another is the same as others. Go with a local company.

I have used Terminix service for years but I am doubtful of the mosquito treatments. It seems they have always been done just before it rains. This past Monday, 7/1 my family and I were bitten several times and the treatment was done on 6/25, just a few days before.

My tech, Sherri Tariq, is amazing. Thorough, friendly, very helpful. I’d recommend her to anyone/everyone.
