Technician arrived on time for scheduled visit and treated areas we wanted. The reason I'm not giving a higher rating is that I've had plenty of difficulties in the past getting Terminix to schedule additional appointments in midsummer when we get infestations of ants. There's no way to reach the local office, and no one at the central switchboard will give us a commitment. They just promise they'll "send it to the local office and they'll call you back within 48 hours." No one ever calls back, and this runaround continues for two or three weeks while we spend money out of pocket on swatters, traps, and insecticides. I emphasize that the technicians are all great and do their jobs well. It's the scheduling system that stinks to high heaven. Maybe someone at Terminix has finally gotten smart, or conscientious, enough to change the way this works. Or maybe when I need extra service this summer, I'll go through the same hassles and expense. Ask me again for a score after that.
