After thoughts were why am a dealing with this called them back and cancelled the service I then called orkin pest control just an fyi they were the best got next day service very professional . Do not use terinix at all. And by the way after cancelling the tech called and said he was on the way smh

The salesman made me feel as though the spider situation was going to be taken care of. It actually became worse inside the house. Also the last person who came was scared to Jump the fence so I texted him later that day to come complete his job and he hasn’t called or come back. Nothing has improved to be honest. I personally sprayed out front today and it did more than them. We’re trying to cancel fyi! The 2 stars is because you kids are nice… but you can tell your supervisor your chemicals suck.

I placed a huge “NO SOLICITORS” sign on our front door and brought our dog into a bedroom. Terminix salesperson still knocked on the door and our enormous dog barked, waking her up. Great way to never earn my business and I will actively discourage anyone from using them in the future.

Walked through my yard with me to discuss all benefits I would see throughout my yard if I got this treatment, especially around my pool. They gave me such a good price I thought I’d try it! BIG MISTAKE. First note this is a monthly payment but only a quarterly treatment, this is upstate NY we don’t have bugs 6 months out of the year. He even went as far as to tell me, you might see a lot pop up in the first month because of their eggs under ground but don’t worry we will be back in a month. Second I was told that the initial payment was 400 (although I was getting a discount) because of how extensive the treatment would be! Imagine my surprise when the tech got here and told me that she doesn’t treat my yard AT ALL. Pool bugs she can’t help with. And she was only here for a quick spray around the perimeter of my house. It took less than 15 minutes. And at this point I didn’t argue because it was that moment I realized I never even received a copy of my service agreement like I was told and I had no idea what I was actually signed up for. I then realized they had also charged an extra $50 dollars more than we had discussed. I contacted the salesman who said that he put in a request to fix the payment and get me the service agreement. And days went by and I heard nothing. I then contacted the company and they were FINALLY able to provide the service agreement, confirming that salesman signed me up for something completely different than what he had discussed with me. They refused to refund my money despite the fact that they sent someone for a service that wasn’t discussed, I didn’t want, I didn’t need and I wasn’t made aware of. This company lacks integrity, transparency and accountability. I hope the tech realizes how much better she is than this company because she was AMAZING. The rest of the company is money hungry and just ready to get you to sign on the dotted line. Please keep in mind, I don’t write complaints about companies online often. Infact I told them this was coming and tried to give them every opportunity to handle this but they are determined to keep my money and if it’s happening to me it is surely happening to other people as well

Today he also knocked out a couple of things inside that i wanted to get sprayed which was helpful he was kind and professional. My only advice would be if no one’s home leave some kind of proof that the job was done or their was at least an attempt to. Terrible start two times techs have been scheduled and no one showed. I’m taking off time from work to be there for the appointment and no one is showing up. They’ve also already charged me.
