The only person I ever spoke to was Manuel (Manny), the original inspector, who was very polite and helpful when giving the quote. However, it's outrageous how easy it is to contact them when they want your money, but impossible when you need help with billing issues. I was told they could not reschedule over the phone, they have to email the scheduling team and it takes 24 hours for them to schedule the appointment. It's like no one know what is going on and appears to be a terrible booking system. The last missed appointment was two days ago. I had the lady send me a screen shot that shows my scheduled appointment. Of course, no one showed. Doesn't surprise me at all. Ned has better product but a little pricey. In addition, my husband got stug with a blackjack above the shed.

Never ever will I Recommend them. They sweet talk you into signing the 1-year contract then never come, and then wont cancel when they don’t do the work you pay them for. I am in talks with the village about not letting them service the village and town anymore.
