An appointment was made for the service and a technician named Martin arrived on time. He was extremely professional and very thorough. The work was very tedious and spanned several hours. Not once did he complain or show signs of fatigue or neglect. He was an absolute joy to work with. Prior to the service we received rodent complaints on a nearly daily basis. It has been two weeks since the treatment and there hasn't been a single rodent sighting or complaint. Thank you Terminix for a job well done.

My wife had questions about the residential exclusion service and had something similar done with another company and wanted to make sure, nothing overlapped. We were asking a lot of questions to get a clearer understanding and he seemed annoyed by the questions and said "it seems like, we are going around in circles". To me if I do not understand something, I need to fully understand it before I give you my hard earned money. His facial expressions also showed frustration and at one point suggested that "we did not have to go with them". Where is the customer service? His job was to make us feel comfortable and make sure we completely understood what we were going to be paying for. At one point my wife had to say to him that he was being rude and asked him to leave and called Terminix to file a complaint. I am not sure he would have spoken to another man like he did to her.

I was told I would see some swarmers again for a couple of days. They continued to be in my basement for two weeks. I would come home in around 4 p.m. and see maybe 50 dead in my laundry room. I called on the second week. I called to make an appointment. I was given a Friday afternoon. No one shows up. I call and was told that was just an appointment request, even though, that was the time date and time given to me. I was actually given another random appointment the following week. This was texted to me, but I didn't see because I don't look at random numbers on my phone. I've never heard of booking an appointment request versus an actual appointment. So fine, I wait another couple of days. The guy comes and spray the same thing inside my laundry room. I tell him to check the bait stations. He says there is no activity. Doesn't see any sign of termite activity in any of the bait stations. While the swarmers have now stopped, I read this is part of their natural cycle. The source of my problem hasn't been resolved. I have spent $1,900 without getting to the source of termite issue. The images I attached are 3 weeks after initial treatment. I've tried calling several times with no response from the site manager. I would not recommend Terminex for any service to anyone. It was a complete waste of money. I will be filing a complain with the BBB.

No one can come and service this week now. Unacceptable how they guarantee service then have no availabilities. P.S. it is 1:45PM and the inspector showed up anyway (and late) after I already cancelled. I can see your internal communication sucks as much as your client communication. Do not bother. Go with a smaller company that actually values customers.
