I agree with Tammie’s recent review. My dad has been with Terminix for a couple months now. His first visit the technician arrived and left his vehicle running by the way. He wasn’t in the house more than five minutes. My dad asked him if he was going to also service the outside of the home. He threw out a few balls as my dad called them and was off just as quickly as he came. This leads to call number two for additional services as nothing was performed on the first visit. I will say I was there for the second visit and it went quite well or so I thought. However, when asked to put some of the gummies or whatever you call them in the cabinets as well as service behind the appliances, the technician of course shared their level of expertise in handling these matters. As of today, September 4, the problems still exist in the cabinets as well as behind the appliances. I did call Terminix and was told that they are booked all the way throughout September. When my dad signed his contract, he was told that he could call anytime and have a technician come right out to service his house. Yet we wait until someone decides that we are worthy enough to receive service. This contract will be dropped as soon as possible. Goodbye Terminix.

I am extremely disappointed with Terminix's lack of service and communication. During a recent home repair project, our contractor discovered signs of termite damage, so my husband and I urgently contacted Terminix for an inspection. Since our initial call during the week of August 12th, it has been a continuous struggle. We could only reach an answering service, and no direct contact information was provided for the local office in Richland, MS. We were told an appointment was scheduled for August 19th, but no one showed up. When we called again, we were informed the appointment had been rescheduled for August 26th, yet once more, there was no notification, and no technician arrived. This pattern of missed appointments has been a source of immense frustration and inconvenience. Over the past month, we have not received any updates or further contact from Terminix. I called again on September 4th and spoke with a representative named Patty, who was dismissive and seemed annoyed by my questions. She mentioned another appointment was supposedly scheduled for September 5th, but once again, we have yet to receive a confirmation or follow-up. Patty's dismissive attitude and inability to explain the repeated missed appointments only added to our frustration. It has now been nearly a month with zero communication from Terminix, and we are still waiting for a proper inspection. This level of service is unacceptable, especially given the urgency of potential termite damage. Terminix’s apparent lack of accountability and poor customer service is deeply concerning. Proceed with caution if you’re considering this company—our experience has been nothing but frustration and wasted time.

Everyone is very professional, very friendly, and easy to work with on a busy schedule.

The service is beyond horrible. I would not recommend this place at all. I have reached out on several different occasions and I have yet to receive a call back. I was even told that a technician would come out and he was a no call no show. Please do not do business with them.

Terry is the best technician. He has fit me in also to come out and follow up, whenever I need it.

Great local service. They communicated with me direct which is very important. I already had a service with them and signed up for another one. The supervisor, technician and inspector handled everthing I needed.

We are confused about the visit last week. We were not notified that the visit was scheduled. In addition, this was just an outside visit. Normally, we have an inside visit and an outside visit. Please let us know if this normal pattern is changing and why. Thanks. Bob Pavy

Horace Gentry is an excellent technician. He is responsive, professional and very motivated.

We had to cancel our contract after 4 great years. Staffing changed and the service was inconsistent. Our Ring camera proved that the yearly termite bait stations were not checked as they documented and the same was true of our aunt and uncles house next door. Hopefully they will get some good staff back on board.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TERMINIX! We moved and sold our home so we canceled our termite contract in April 2024. it is July and we are still getting bills for service at the old address even after 4 phone calls. When the technicians, text to schedule service I have told them not to because the service is canceled and we are still getting billed.
