Called the main number tried to get some help found out that the technician rescheduled it for five days later without ever even talking to us. We waited the additional days and they no showed again.. After the waited time, the most started through electrical wires so now we need electrician as well. The incompetence and lack of professionalism of this company is breathtaking and they should have their license Revoke. If I can find any grounds to actually sue them, I will. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the state. I have a three year old. I don’t need rodents running around causing electrical fires. If they adjust been professional I would’ve called somebody else and their service and never known how incompetent they were.

It was quite frustrating and the customer service people I spoke to were unfriendly and tried to place the blame on me. In addition, they had my credit card information for the two visits and signed me up for some type of monthly/yearly subscription without my permission. I will NEVER use this company again, and unless you have a very open schedule and no pressing matters in your home, I wouldn't recommend using their business.
