Not only do we still have residual termite issues, but our floor are warped, there are scald marks on my doors from the heat treatment, bottles exploded on our pantry, and there was damage to our electrical appliances.

Three separate times over the last few months they said they showed up for service when they didn't and even tried to add a random service charge to our account. They guy who says he comes out parks a few blocks away and sits in his truck. Even though we speak on the phone to confirm that hes coming. In addition the times he does show up he has no regard for our pets and makes a huge mess in the house with poison everywhere. Use caution with these guys as they are known to have gone downhill on kauai

When asked if they were ever going to call us back and let us know that, the female employee said she wasn't sure and that she'd reach out to the manager. Pretty disappointed with the handling of this situation and the time we lost.
