I hung up and called back trying to get a hold of someone who actually cares about my situation. I explained to the customer service agent that I was contacted on the 24th of August and was told that I had to schedule an appointment for my first service or they were going to cancel my contract. I was furious so I scheduled a time for Monday the 26th at 6pm but guess what? No one showed up. No one could find this info. So I called the guy that contacted me on Saturday and he confirmed that I had a scheduled date for the 26th through text. I tried complaining to rentokil which is who owns terminix and they were absolutely the worse customer service ever. I will never take a chance with this company again. They don’t document everything and the customer service line is a joke. You will get the run around when try to reach out to someone in the corporate office
