I had to tell him where to spray, even told him I was putting my dogs up so he could spray......he said he was done I asked what all did he do, and NOTHING that was discussed was done! Called , they sent someone else over that is GREAT af his job! He came in and went over things and left. I called the guy and asled what all was done, STILL MY BEDROOMS DID NOT GET TREATED!!!! After I complained and complained about the service and what I paid for im furious at this point! Called amd complained, he was suppose to come the next morning to do his job CORRECTLY, WHAT I PAID FOR only to get no show no call! Called office this morning asking for my money back cause services was NOT DONE only im 2 rooms, instead of my whole home to be told they cant cause product was used! Um EXCUSE ME! That was over a year ago and since then any time we have had questions, we call Daniel. He never says, that's not part of my job or tries to transfer us to someone else. He takes his time, and explains everything to you that you ever wanted to know about termites! He is the only reason we signed up with Terminix, he is really good at his job and has the perfect personality for it. Promote this guy but don't change his phone number. He doesn't forget you after you sign up, he is always available. UPDATE...I've dropped my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. We've had Terminix for two years now, and we're not pleased with some of the technicians they send out. They act like they hate their job and don't want to be here. Some have been knowledgeable and good, but not most of them. Some have no idea where our bait stations are, and when they come out to check them, miss half of them. Not pleased.
