I am sorry to say that I had horrible experience with Terminix recently, and I would not recommend them to anyone! I will say that there workers that spray inside or around the house are excellent. However, they tried to sell me a proposal for Terminix termite prevention when I live in a home that is cement with poured cement in the block and there is not one termite that any of us have ever had in our neighborhood. The gentleman came in with a piece of wood telling me I had termites and kept trying to lower the price of the proposal that started at $1600. It landed at $1240 and I didn’t take it. I asked him where did he get that piece of wood from in the butt of the wood was a 2 x 4 and I’m not an idiot, he takes me out to my hibiscus tree in the yard and tells me it came from there. I said that you’re telling me I have termites and hibiscus tree and trying to sell me a $1600 prevention? Why don’t you just tell me to take the tree down? It was a very small tree. Also, I knew for sure that wood did not come from that tree. There are no termites in the tree. I had it inspected by another company. I wonder how many in Naples Florida they are doing this too? I know they have been in really, bad way I believe in Ohio doing things like this.
