There are rats back in my house since they stopped filling the bait stations around the house two months ago because no one’s come out to do it. We paid close to 600 dollars and signed a contract that they would be eliminating the rats before the year was up but it’s only gotten worse. The least they could do is leave me the key to the bait stations so I could go buy the poison and do it myself - this is why I do stuff myself you can’t rely on anyone else to do it. Orkin was better which is incredibly funny considering they wouldn’t tell me when they were coming.. but at least they were consistently filling the stations every month. On the bright side, my husband shot this from across the house w a BB gun so that was fun to watch.

When I called customer service, they said there was a price increase and nothing they could do. I asked to speak to someone else who could help me and was told there was no one who could.
