I called the incoming call center, due to an issue , several years back and asked for the manager at the Santa Fe Springs office to call me. I have never received that call. Yesterday morning I woke up to an ant invasion in the master bedroom and bathroom. Again I called wanting a service technician to come out and spray for the ants and was told the soonest they could get somebody out was Tuesday between 2:00–4:00. The call center representative did everything she could to get in touch with the manager/supervisor, called the office and sent emails asking to call me. She also tried getting in touch with our regular service technician but to no avail. As a loyal customer who has used Terminix for pest control for 17 years I guess my expectations of better customer service were just a dream. As far as the ant invasion I had to go buy Raid Ant Killer and bait traps from Wal Mart. Thanks Terminix Santa Fe Springs you truly disappointed me.

Another major concern is our garage door no longer works properly/the way it did prior to Terminix doing the work. I contacted Brandon Alvarado & he said he’d reach out to his supervisor Justin & Justin would reach out to us. I have NEVER heard from Justin despite leaving multiple messages for him to call me. I texted Brandon on 9/16 asking for the supervisor’s name & number above Justin & I have not received any information back. Our garage door still does not work properly and it’s going on 24 days. We’ve been Terminix customers for years and this project cost over $10,000. Once this is resolved , we’re going to research new companies that have acceptable customer service! We were having issues with rodents and were actually using a different company but weren’t seeing the results we wanted. We had been clients of Terminix for years but never knew about this service. Brandon Alvarado came out and did an inspection. He went over a plan to get the results we were looking for and in just two days, Terminix had our attic cleaned out, sterilized with new insulation and they screened any holes that rodents could access. There’s no price on peace of mind and that is what we now have. It feels amazing and Terminix was able to provide that!
