The service tech was very helpful - we spoke for a while about how he would service the property - he was very professional and knowledgeable . Service was taken care of in a very timely manner .

O’Conner Pest Control has serviced our home for many years. They are reliable and always call a few days in advance of when they are coming over. They also listen to any concerns and add those into our account notes.They also have us at a good rate for being loyal customers. We always tell solicitors they can’t match the service and rate.

Our technician Rick is always so nice and communicates clearly the day before service that service is happening tomorrow. He always asked if there is anything specific we need him to address and if so, addresses it before he leaves. He makes sure gates are secured when he leaves (we have dogs so this is of the upmost importance. As a small business owner myself, I try to provide the same quality of service Rick does. 13/10 will use O’Connor pest for my needs at home.
