Heat treatment for pest- Sweet guy, BUT he scratched the hardwood floors, Fried the electrical in the house. Barely tented the house. Left filthy hand prints on the drapes and newly painted walls and didnt flush the toilet after number 2., The house never got above 88 degrees and as he was leaving he knocked a huge branch off the neighbors tree. Terminex apologized profusely and promised a different company. They begged for a second chance. I relented. Cleared the house for the next company and.... they never showed up. Avoid at all costs. Youve been warned

Luis was very knowledgable, he knew exactly how to help us and I was very impressed that he was able to identify all the different flies we are having issues with. He is going to install fly lights for us. I hope it really helps and I was very happy with the service he provided.

Our tech, Lazaro, is amazing! Always does a great job and gives us helpful advices for home remedies and more. He is very knowledgeable and a great resource. Thank you Laz!

Jeremiah is great! HOWEVER, we have had several no-shows for time-sensitive matters, even after raising this reoccurring issue with Jeremiah over the phone, and trying to ensure it doesn’t keep happening. We would not recommend.

Our service technician Clyne has helped greatly at our site here in SF. The company before us couldn’t deliver on controlling our exterior rodent issue. Ever since Terminix took over in January, the activity has subsided substantially. Clyne is very communicative and is always eager to find us a solution to any problem that arises!

The exterminator that has been servicing the property I work at for the last 10+ years is spot on when it comes to keeping the creepy crawlies at bay.

At City of Pacifica, the kitchen staff has been very pleased with the service provided by Terminix’s team member, Mick. He always shows up for his scheduled visits and is friendly and professional. There have been zero sightings of any pests, so we know he is doing an excellent job.

I've NEVER have spoken to so many lying Axx! People that make me forget about the Truth. I hope these pieces of furniture get paid alot of money to be there. I wonder when Terminix will be exterminated. PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! They steal money from VALUED CUSTOMERS! They even go as far as tell you how to lie! I mean exactly what to Say!! They are crooked as a ? Mark. Credibility and Honesty! Is what they aren't. You will be sorry.

Their termite treatment is priced ridiculously. They charge $250 to treat a space about 2 fr square. Multiply that by 4 or 6 or whatever to handle one wall. And one year after treatment, they sent me constant emails and texts to sign up for some monthly service, which I never did, and suddenly they charged my card on file! Do not leave a card in file with them, if you use them.

If I can give them 0 reviews I would do it, the worst company that I ever hired, I hired TERMINIX to deal with my cockroaches infestation since they are a big company and I thought that the will deliver an excellent service ( BIG MISTAKE), they charged me $200 for the visit where they promised me that they will spend enough time to attack the cockroaches and fix the problem, also they promised me that they would do a fumigation and a lot of treatment in order to give me excellent results. First the canceled the first to visit that they where scheduled and I took the days off from my works to be at my house during the treatment and they didn’t show up and when finally the show up, the guys spend around 5-10 minutes to sent some glue traps for cockroaches and he left and thought to my self, I spend $200 for someone to come over here just to set some glue traps when they promised a deep treatment and fumigation. After a couple weeks I didn’t see any dead cockroaches or any improvement at all so I called them and they said that they will fix the problem etc, They scheduled the appointment for December 26 and I took again another day off from work and guess what? The technician didn’t shows up one more time, and they call again telling me the will reschedule the visit but I have to pay $150 extra, can you believe it??? I would suggest to all people out there to stay away from this company since their service it’s the worst that I ever seen. So far I will try to sue then since I spend a lot of days off for nothing and caused me a lot of stress in my family and I. Worst and most terrible service in the market, please do yourself a big favor … never hire this company.

Never showed up for the appointment. Called them numerous times while waiting and they kept telling me they were coming. Waited three hours. They never came second time called them up and again they never showed up. They made up excuses that they tried to contact me which were just untrue. They sent me a text to confirm, and I immediately text them back confirming. They do not know Hold an appointment

My experience with Terminix has been excruciating. I paid up front for service and have been struggling for the past several months getting them to send the right folks over. The exclusion people missed a gaping hole in my attic, (they even admitted they're not sure how on earth they could have missed it) and when I called them to come fix it I had to wait several weeks. Still waiting on sanitation to clean the rat poop out of my attic, it's crazy. I might need to hire someone else and take the thousand dollar hit. Never ever again.
