To my surprise, the inspectors of the two other companies actually went to attics and crawlspace by default; Terminix inspector underestimated the cubic feet for fumigation. While I pointed this out to him (after having the correct number from the two other companies), he just replies sorry and raises the estimate by ~83% while still keeps the original cubic feet number in his updated report, which means I would spend 83% more money on the original underestimated cube feet for fumigation; Terminix inspector told me that I need to remove the wood fence beside the house for fumigation and if I am willing to spend $150, he can introduce somebody to do it under the table. I asked the same question for the other inspector who told me as my fence has a gate, it need not be removed. This is the first time that I used Terminix. I think Terminix inspection is below the industrial standard and its personal lacks basic professionalism/experience/training. I would not recommend Terminix to anybody.
