Each terminix employee that comes and sprays our church is always so very pleasant and nice and understanding when it comes to our hours of operation.

I had the pleasure of working closely with Oscar today on a wasp nest we have been having issues with. This was the second time we had Oscar come out to our Medical Building and address our issue. Oscar has great communication and always let me know if he was running late or stuck at another job site.

Young man was very pleasant and friendly. He was very informative He did an amazing job inside and out of the he. We are very pleased with Garrett's work

Jose was great and knowledgeable. He’s highly trained in his field and I would recommend him to anyone who needs an exterminator.

Charged my card before performing any service. Someone was supposed to come out for an inspection first for some reason. The guy called me an hour late saying he was at the house, but I was not (since this was outside of the time he said he would arrive). The second time, the inspector never showed up and never called. When I called customer service about this, they told me they don't schedule inspections for ant service, which is what I had requested. They offered to send a technician out the next day, but I told them I was tired of dealing with them by this point and bothered by the fact that I was already charged for a service I had not yet received. I spent 3 hours on hold getting passed around to different associates before I was told they forwarded my refund request to a different team and that it would take some time for them to review it. I called back and kept getting the same story. It would take time before they could review the request, they told me. 3 weeks passed, no refund. Called one last time, the woman refunded me right away saying that no one had submitted a request for a refund. Incredible. They ask for your card information and payment upfront before you can even see the quality (or lack thereof) of their service and then stall your refund in the hopes you forget.

Oscar, who is on the Manchester Theater route is easy to work with and he stays on top of the theaters needs/concerns. It’s a pleasure working with him.

I am very pleased with my Terminix service! Ricky was my technician! He came out on time, and was extremely professional and respectful! He answered all the questions I had! Not to mention, once he completed my service, I seen INSTANT results with the pests I was having! I highly recommend Terminix and will personally request Ricky next time as well!
