After this inspector spoke to my husband, the story he told me had changed to make everything seem a lot worse for my husband to convince him to sign up as well. I understand you need to make a sale, but this is unscrupulous and I don’t appreciate it. We like Terminix for pest control, but always get a second or third opinion before you sign anything with them, because this guy tried to upsell me for tens of thousands of dollars that wasn’t necessary.
