You sent an email on Jan 4 wanting to inspect my house a full 4 or 5 months before needed and saying I owed the renewal fee which was due in Feb when in fact was not due to May. Then I had to try to get the appointment changed to at least Apr the month before the contract ends!! Then if I would have agreed then next year you would have called me in Jul!!!! On my bug service you never ask me when I would like you to come out. You say I can change it if I like which most always I have to do because what time you choose never is good for me. I have an idea why don’t you call me the customer and ask me what is a good time for me first instead of what someone not even located in the same state thinks is a good time for me!!! And making me the customer do your work. I tell everyone I can to not use Terminix because your appointment system sucks so bad. But as I said you probably have the best technicians in the business. It is too bad the SR Management does not have a clue what the customer wants!!!
