The primary focus of the Innovation Center is the independent laboratory space for the research and development of new pest control products–and a major focus will be environmental practices and sustainable operations. The Innovation Center is equipped with:

  • A built-in insectary for both native and exotic insects
  • Three independent laboratories for conducting investigative in vivo experiments, early innovation screening, and product efficacy claims development
  • Temperature-controlled environmental chambers
  • A showroom and conference room for training and educational events
  • A 50,000-square-foot warehouse for equipment and supplies

The Innovation Center will also provide operational, administrative, and warehousing space for several lines of business. The state-of-the-art facility will enable our brands to conduct comprehensive pest control research and develop innovative solutions.
